The World ID team's mission is to empower every person with a unique digital identity, distinguishing humans from AI online. The opportunity is to lead World's new phase of utility-driven growth by driving enterprise adoption of World ID and proof-of-human products across key sectors including AI, security, fintech, payments, consumer platforms, marketplaces, gaming, dating, ticketing, social, commerce, and agentic workflows. This strategic role involves operating as a strategic seller, business development executive, ecosystem builder, and company builder, identifying new opportunities, building executive relationships, and closing transformational partnerships and revenue-generating deals. Responsibilities include owning the full lifecycle of strategic enterprise opportunities from market mapping and sourcing through negotiation, launch, and expansion. The VP Sales will build and manage relationships with C-level executives globally, drive adoption of World ID where human verification is critical, structure complex commercial agreements, platform integrations, strategic partnerships, and multi-year enterprise contracts. This role will also involve developing new revenue streams in categories affected by bots, fraud, and synthetic identity, partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, Policy, Marketing, Operations, and Executive Leadership, identifying ecosystem partnerships, leading executive-level negotiations involving multiple stakeholders and geographies, creating and maintaining a robust pipeline, representing TFH externally with customers, partners, and industry leaders, and helping shape the company’s go-to-market strategy as World moves deeper into utility-driven growth.
