Polymarket is seeking a Technical Project Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment and can introduce enough order to accelerate the team's pace. This role works directly with the engineering lead to reduce coordination overhead. This is not a PMO role focused on heavy process or endless standups, but rather requires someone who can organize daily tasks, prevent items from falling through the cracks, and ensure engineers can focus on building. The ideal candidate is proactive, low-ego, and comfortable with constant change, actively contributing to the team's acceleration.In this role, you will track active engineering projects and maintain Linear organization across all initiatives. You will follow up on blockers across product, design, backend, mobile, and web teams and write lightweight status updates to keep everyone aligned without creating bureaucracy. Responsibilities include facilitating coordination between engineering teams to prevent duplicate work and missed dependencies, identifying when projects are slipping, and proactively engaging the right people to get them back on track. You will also participate in engineering conversations and escalate technical decisions to appropriate stakeholders, transforming daily chaos into clear next steps and ownership assignments.
