Your position

  • Own end-to-end development of user-facing features across the compliance agent platform using Golang, React, and cloud technologies; ship third-party integrations; build and maintain scalable, high-traffic services on AWS and Kubernetes; partner with product, design, security, and data teams; mentor engineers on design patterns and deployment best practices.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional software engineering experience building web applications; backend language: Golang, Python, Java, or similar; frontend framework: React, Angular, Vue, or similar
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized deployment environments (Kubernetes, Docker, or similar)
  • Experience with distributed systems concepts (caching, event-driven architectures, API integrations)
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences via documentation, design proposals, or code reviews
  • Ability to use generative AI responsibly with human oversight; deliver business-ready outputs and improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality

Compensation & benefits

  • Base salary range: $152,405—$179,300 USD (excluding equity and bonus)
  • Location constraint: Charlotte, NC (not eligible for fully remote work)
  • Total compensation may include equity and bonus eligibility, and benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k))
