We are seeking a highly accomplished and discreet Executive Assistant to provide dedicated, high-touch support to our CEO, President and COO. Operating at the centre of the organization's most critical decisions and relationships, this role demands exceptional judgement, precision, and the ability to work with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a strategic partner who proactively anticipates needs, manages complexity with grace, and serves as a trusted extension of the executive team. The role involves owning and orchestrating complex, high-priority calendars for three C-suite principals simultaneously, resolving conflicts, strategically protecting executive time, coordinating board meetings and leadership events, and preparing daily/weekly briefings. It also includes serving as the primary communication hub for executives, triaging inboxes, drafting correspondence, demonstrating mature judgment in communications, managing sensitive and confidential communications, and preparing briefing documents and agendas. Responsibilities extend to planning and executing complex, multi-leg domestic and international travel itineraries, anticipating and resolving disruptions, coordinating with security teams, and managing travel budgets/expenses. Additionally, the role provides strategic and operational support for QBRs, board materials, and company-wide communications, managing visitor protocols, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, leading special projects, and managing vendor relationships.
